  • ½ bunch Thyme, to garnish
  • 20 g Parsley, chopped, to garnish
  1. Polenta

    • Bring water and KNORR Hollandaise Sauce to the boil, rain in polenta, whisking over low heat until cooked.
  2. Sauce

    • Add oil and onion to a frypan, add garlic puree and cook over low heat until softened. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add KNORR Pronto Napoli and KNORR Intense Flavours Wild Mushroom Earth.

  3. To Serve

    • Add polenta to bowl, top with mushroom ragu and garnish with thyme and parsley.
