  • KNORR Intense Flavours Roast Umami 400 ml 50.0 ml

Davidson Plum Hollandaise Sauce

  • Davidson plum 250.0 g
  • KNORR Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free 1L 500.0 ml

Davidson plums are known as the best native plums. The deep, dark purple colour not only looks great but provides a nice level of acidity, which when combined with KNORR Hollandaise, accompanies the steak perfectly.

Preparation

  1. Steak

    • Marinate steaks in KNORR Intense Flavours Umami for an hour. 
    • Remove steaks from marinade, discard excess marinade. Season with cracked black pepper.
    • Grill seasoned steaks until done to your liking. Allow to rest.
  2. Davidson Plum Hollandaise Sauce

    • Combine Davidson Plum Jam with KNORR Hollandaise Sauce.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve steak with Davidson Plum Hollandaise Sauce, accompanied with leaf salad and chips.
