Loaded fries continue to be popular with diners. Turn this menu favourite into a breakfast sensation with poached eggs and a delicious zesty combination of KNORR Hollandaise Sauce GF and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce GF.



  1. Eggs

    • Add a little vinegar to a pan of simmering water, around 5 cm deep. Crack eggs into a cup or ladle. Create a whirlpool in the water and gently drop the eggs. Poach for around 8 minutes for a semi-firm yolk. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Chipotle Hollandaise

    • Gently warm KNORR Hollandaise Sauce GF in a pan. Add KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce GF and stir until the sauce is well-combined and warmed through. Cover and keep warm.
  3. Other Ingredients

    • Grill bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel then roughly chop.
    • Deep fry chips until golden and drain.
  4. To Serve

    • Transfer the chips to a serving vessel. Sprinkle over cheese. Place under grill and melt lightly.
    • Top with roughly chopped poached egg, bacon and the chipotle hollandaise. Scatter with green onion and serve.
