In this recipe, we take bunny chow into a fresh fusion space with an aromatic Kashmiri curry that features tender chunks of lamb and the freshness of spinach leaves.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Lamb Curry

    • In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry onions and garlic until softened.
    • Add the lamb and fry until sealed.
    • Add the KNORR Rogan Josh Paste, stir to coat the lamb.
    • Add KNORR Vegetable Booster, water (200ml per 10 serves) and KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli.
    • Bring to a boil, stirring, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
    • Stir in the KNORR Thai Coconut Milk Powder and baby spinach leaves. Continue to cook for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
  3. To Serve

    • Cut 10-12 cm ends off each bread loaf, reserving the middle for dipping.
    • Scoop out the filling, leaving the 2-3 cm base of each loaf ends, so the bread acts like a bowl.
    • Ladle curry into each prepared hollowed loaf ends and serve with the reserved bread for dipping.
