Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Noodle Salad

    • Prepare ramen noodles according to packet instructions, drain, and place in a large bowl. Set them aside to cool.
    • Add capsicum, carrot, cucumbers, spring onions and coriander to noodles.
    • In a small bowl, mix ¾ of soy sauce, ½ of KNORR Thai Lime Powder, ⅔ of sesame oil, grated palm sugar, HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise and ginger.
    • Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix well. Season with chilli to taste.
  3. Glazed Chicken

    • Mix the remaining ¼ of soy sauce, ⅓ of sesame oil, orange juice, honey and ketjap manis. Bring to the boil, set aside to glaze the chicken.
    • Place the chickens on a gastronorm tray and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
    • Cook in the oven at 200°C dry heat for approximately 40–50 minutes. Brush with the glaze, and then once more after 15 minutes.
  4. Sweet Chilli Hollandaise Sauce

    • Blend KNORR Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, remaining ½ of KNORR Thai Lime Powder and KNORR Hollandaise Sauce.
  5. To Serve

    • Cut chickens in half. Brush with additional glaze if desired. Drizzle with sweet chilli hollandaise and top with the noodle salad.
