Chicken

  • Plain flour 300.0 g
  • Onion powder 5.0 g
  • Smoked paprika 15.0 g
  • Dried oregano 15.0 g
  • KNORR Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free 1L 400.0 g
  • Chicken thigh fillets 750.0 g

Preparation

  1. Chicken

    • Place the flour in a large gastronome, add the spices, and mix until combined. Season. 
    • Place KNORR Hollandaise Sauce in a large bowl. Working in batches, dip the chicken in the sauce, drain excess, then dip in the seasoned flour mixture. 
    • Deep-fry until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.
  2. To Assemble

    • Lightly toast the mini waffles until warmed through. 
    • Toss the cos in a little olive oil and lemon juice, then place on top of half the waffles. Top with cheese, thickly sliced chicken, and fennel. Drizzle with KNORR American Tomato Chilli Relish GF and sprinkle with a few fennel fronds.
