Soba Noodle Salad

  • Cucumber, seeds removed, sliced 200.0 g
  • Radishes, thinly sliced 150.0 g
  • Mint Leaves 20.0 g
  • Thai basil leaves 20.0 g
  • Sesame oil 40.0 ml
  • Coriander leaves 20.0 g

To Serve

  • Fried eschallots, to serve
  • Sesame seeds, to serve
  • KNORR Japanese Teriyaki Sauce, to serve
  1. Salmon

    • Marinate salmon in KNORR Japanese Teriyaki Sauce GF.
  2. Soba Noodle Salad

    • Cook noodles following packet directions. Cool. Combine cucumber, radish, mint, coriander, basil and sesame oil together.
  3. To Serve

    • Place noodle salad in serving bowl, top with salmon, pour over extra KNORR Japanese Teriyaki Sauce GF.
