Ingredients per serve



  • Self-raising flour 850.0 g
  • Olive oil 75.0 ml
  • Buttermilk 450.0 ml
  • Eggs, lightly beaten 5.0 x

Chipotle Hollandaise

Maple Bacon

  • Bacon, rashers 10.0 x
  • Maple syrup 125.0 ml

To Serve

  • Hash browns 20.0 x
  • Eggs 10.0 x


  1. Waffles

    • Sift flour into a large bowl. Gradually add oil, buttermilk, eggs, salt and pepper, whisking until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes.
    • Cook waffle mixture in a waffle maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Keep warm.
  2. Chipotle Hollandaise

    • Mix KNORR Hollandaise Sauce with KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce until fully combined.
  3. Maple Bacon

    • Cook bacon in a large pan over medium heat until golden. Add maple syrup and toss to coat. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes until bacon starts to caramelise.
  4. To Serve

    • Deep fry hash browns and drain on paper towel.
    • Fry eggs.
    • Assemble waffle burger by arranging a waffle on each serving plate. Top with hash browns, bacon and egg and drizzle with hickory hollandaise. Top with remaining waffles.
