Prawns
- Cook prawns and chop roughly.

Mayonnaise
- Mix together Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, chopped dill and chopped shallots until fully combined. Fold through chopped prawns.

To serve
- Toast or grill buns. Slice along middle and fill with shredded lettuce. Top with prawn mixture. Sprinkle with extra shallots. Serve with lime wedges and curly fries.

- As an alternative to prawns, try using crab meat or lobster when available.
