Salt and Pepper Squid

  • Seafrost Salt and Pepper Squid 1.0 kg


  • Soy sauce 150.0 ml
  • Mirin 100.0 ml
  • Mixed salad leaves 350.0 g
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced 250.0 g
  • Carrots, thinly sliced 200.0 g
  • Wakame seaweed 150.0 g

Lime Mayo

  1. Salt and Pepper Squid

    • Deep fry Salt and Pepper Squid.
  2. Salad

    • Mix soy sauce and mirin together then combine salad leaves, cucumber, carrots and wakame seaweed.
  3. Lime Mayo

    • Combine KNORR Thai Lime Powder and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise
  4. To Serve

    • Place the salad in a serving bowl and add salt and pepper squid, serve with lime mayonnaise.
