Preparation

Pizza Topping
- Slice pumpkin into thin wedges. Roughly chop mushroom and sausages.
- Place vegetables and sausage on a large baking tray and drizzle with oil. Season. Bake in a preheated combi oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes or until pumpkin is tender. Remove.

Pizza Sauce
- Combine KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli, KNORR Hollandaise Sauce and KNORR Intense Flavours Deep Smoke.

To Assemble and Bake
- Spread sauce over pizza bases.
- Top pizza with roasted vegetables, sausage and chargrilled capsicum strips and finally with cheese.
- Bake in preheated combi oven at 200 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp. Slice and serve.
