Pizza Topping

  • Pumpkin 400.0 g
  • Button mushroom 250.0 g
  • Pork sausage 850.0 g
  • Oil 50.0 ml

Pizza Sauce

To Assemble and Bake

  • 25cm Pizza bases 3.0 x
  • Marinated chargrilled capsicum 250.0 g
  • Bocconcini, sliced 400.0 g

Preparation

  1. Pizza Topping

    • Slice pumpkin into thin wedges. Roughly chop mushroom and sausages.
    • Place vegetables and sausage on a large baking tray and drizzle with oil. Season. Bake in a preheated combi oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes or until pumpkin is tender. Remove.
  2. Pizza Sauce

    • Combine KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli, KNORR Hollandaise Sauce and KNORR Intense Flavours Deep Smoke.
  3. To Assemble and Bake

    • Spread sauce over pizza bases.
    • Top pizza with roasted vegetables, sausage and chargrilled capsicum strips and finally with cheese.
    • Bake in preheated combi oven at 200 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp. Slice and serve.
