Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Pulled Chicken

    • Mix olive oil, KNORR Patak's Tandoori Paste and yogurt in a large bowl until well combined.
    • Add the chicken thighs, mix to coat, cover, and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
    • Place the chicken in a lined baking tray. Cook in a preheated combi oven at 200°C for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
    • Remove and set aside to cool. Then shred the chicken with two forks.
    • Once all is shredded, place the chicken back in the baking tray to toss in cooking juices.
  3. Chutney Mayo

    • Combine KNORR Patak's Sweet Mango Chutney and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.
  4. To Assemble & Serve

    • Spread the toasted bread rolls with mango chutney mayo.
    • Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and pulled chicken.
    • Serve garnished with snow pea sprouts and extra mango chutney mayo on the side.
