What you need

A great BBQ flavour can now be easily created without a smoker, thanks to KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce. This recipe adds it to the braising liquid to infuse deep, smoky flavours to succulent beef brisket for one delicious sandwich.



  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Brisket

    • Combine KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce, water, and KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli.
    • Place beef in a cooking tray, pour over braising liquid, and cover with foil.
    • Cook the brisket in the combi oven at 160°C for 4–5 hours, or until meat is falling apart tender.
    • Shred the brisket.
  3. Slaw

    • Combine coleslaw mix with HELLMANN'S Real Aioli and water. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Layer a slice of rye bread with slaw, brisket, and pickles.
    • Top off with an extra slice of bread, if a closed sandwich is preferred. Serve with a side of chips.
