  • Cos lettuce 600.0 g
  • Eggs, boiled 10.0 x
  • Prosciutto, sliced 300.0 g
  • Green chili, chopped 30.0 g
  • Cucumber, seeds removed, sliced 400.0 g
  • Red onion, sliced 200.0 g
  • Cooked prawns, peeled 1.0 kg
  • Roasted peanuts 400.0 g

Dressing

  1. Salad

    • Boil eggs – cool and peel.
    • Lightly pan fry prosciutto and set aside.
  2. Dressing

    • Mix HELLMANN'S Ranch Dressing and KNORR Malaysian Satay Sauce GF.
  3. To Serve

    • Combine all ingredients and pour over dressing.
