Preparation

  1. Chicken

    • Lightly cook the sliced chicken in the oil until lightly browned.
    • Add the KNORR Chinese Honey Soy Sauce GF and heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Tortilla and Garnish

    • Cut small circles using a 10 cm diameter cutter into the tortilla wraps and press between two small steel tartlet moulds and fry in a preheated fryer (180 degree Celsius) until golden and crispy, remove and drain off excess oil.
  3. To Finish

    • Place the cooked tortilla baskets onto a plate and add a little of the cooked honey soy chicken into the baskets, garnish with the sliced shallots.
