Preparation

- Deep fry the prawns.

Romesco mayonnaise
- Combine the HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise and KNORR Paprika Puree.

To Finish
- Separately combine the HELLMANN’S Thousand Island Dressing and KNORR Mixed Chilli Puree. Place the prawns on a bed of mache with the sauces.
