    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Dianne Sauce

    • In a large pan, heat water [500ml per 10 serves]. Whisk in KNORR Rich Brown Gravy and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and continue whisking until smooth. Set aside.
    • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add eschalots and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in brandy or cognac. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, and gravy. Stir until fully combined, then add cream. Simmer for a further 2–3 minutes, then serve.
