This Vietnamese sauce combines the nutty goodness of peanut butter, the smooth texture of HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and the subtle heat of chilli powder. Infused with chicken seasoning powder and a touch of sugar, it offers a delightful balance of savoury and sweetness. This sauce is perfect for drizzling over salads, grilled meats or fresh spring rolls, offering a unique blend of flavours.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Combine Ingredients

    • Combine KNORR Coconut Milk Powder and water (350ml per 10 serves) in a saucepan. Whisk over medium heat and then add chilli powder, sugar and KNORR Liquid Seasoning Concentrate.
    • Once combined, add in peanut butter, condensed milk, KNORR Thai Lime Powder and sesame oil. Cook over low heat for 1–2 minutes.
  3. To Finish

    • Remove from heat and cool slightly, then stir through HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and peanuts.
    • Garnish with extra crushed peanuts.
