  • 180g Chicken breast 10 x
  • Plain flour 250 g
  • Eggs, whisked 4 x
  • Panko crumbs 350 g

Salsa Cream

To Serve

  • Corned, grilled
  • Chips
  • Lime wedges
  1. Schnitzel

    • Crumb chicken breast in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and set aside ready to fry.
    • Deep fry schnitzel.
  2. Salsa Cream

    • Combine KNORR Mexican Chunky Salsa Mild GF, KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock, Chilli Paste, Ground Paprika and cream in a pot and heat ready to use.
  3. To Serve

    • Charred corn, lime wedges and chips.
