What you need

This recipe combines two comfort foods, lasagne and Chicken Mornay, to make a delicious casserole. Swapping chicken chunks for mince, we are using KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock to bring flavour and moisture back to the mince.



  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Chicken Mornay

    • Cook the onions and chicken mince with oil in a heated pan.
    • Add KNORR Hollandaise Sauce, milk, garlic puree, and wholegrain mustard to the pan.
    • Bring to a simmer, and add KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock to season.
    • Thicken with KNORR Roux. Set aside.
  3. Lasagne

    • In a large gastronorm, pour in some of the Chicken Mornay and add a layer of lasagne sheets.
    • Repeat the step four times, and include grated cheese and spinach in every second layer.
    • Finish with a layer of grated cheese.
    • Bake at 180˚ C for 20 minutes.
  4. To Serve

    • Slice the lasagne into preferred portions. Serve warm with crusty bread and fresh salad on the side.
