  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Sherry, Napoli and basil granita

    • Combine Knorr Italiana Pronto Napoli and sherry vinegar in gastronorm tray. Cover and place in the freezer until fully frozen. Once set, scrape with a fork to form a light, icy granita.
  3. To serve

    • Arrange heirloom tomatoes around the plate, then place burrata in the centre. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and finish with a generous drizzle of olive oil.
