Preparation

Chipotle Mayo
- Mix KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce with HELLMANN’s Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.

Burger Filling
- Grill or pan fry thinly sliced chorizo until golden brown. Drain and keep warm.
- Deep fry hashbrowns until golden and crisp. Drain and keep warm.
- Deep fry baby kale leaves until crisp. Drain and keep warm.
- Fry eggs.

- Toast split brioche buns. Spread with chipotle mayo. Top with hashbrown, egg, chorizo and kale.
