Braised Mushroom Burger
This recipe uses king mushrooms which have a great ‘meaty’ flavour. Seasoned with KNORR Intense Flavours Wild Mushroom Earth, who needs a meat patty in a burger.

Preparation

Mushrooms
- Slice mushrooms thinly. Toss with KNORR Intense Flavours Wild Mushroom Earth, oil, garlic and cracked black pepper.
- Bake in combi oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.

Chipotle Mayo
- Meanwhile mix KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce with HELLMANN’s Real Mayonnaise.

To Serve
- Toast split rolls. Spread with chipotle mayo. Top with baby spinach, mushrooms, capsicum and crumbled feta.
- Serve with chips if desired.
