Chipotle Mayo

To Serve

  • Bread rolls 10.0 x
  • Baby spinach 150.0 g
  • Capsicum strips, char grilled 400.0 g
  • Feta 300.0 g

Preparation

  1. Mushrooms

    • Slice mushrooms thinly. Toss with KNORR Intense Flavours Wild Mushroom Earth, oil, garlic and cracked black pepper.
    • Bake in combi oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
  2. Chipotle Mayo

    • Meanwhile mix KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce with HELLMANN’s Real Mayonnaise.
  3. To Serve

    • Toast split rolls. Spread with chipotle mayo. Top with baby spinach, mushrooms, capsicum and crumbled feta.
    • Serve with chips if desired.
