1. Method

    • Cut cauliflower into florets. 
    • Combine KNORR Chicken Booster with 1.25 l boiling water. Add cauliflower and cook until very tender. 
    • Blitz the mixture with a handheld mixer until smooth. Cool slightly.
    • Grate cheese and stir through soup along with KNORR Hollandaise Sauce until combined.
  2. To Serve

    • Divide soup between serving bowls and top with shredded chicken.
