- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Combine KNORR Chicken Booster with 1.25 l boiling water. Add cauliflower and cook until very tender.
- Blitz the mixture with a handheld mixer until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Grate cheese and stir through soup along with KNORR Hollandaise Sauce until combined.
- Divide soup between serving bowls and top with shredded chicken.
