Sauce Base


  • Mozzarella, shredded 2 kg
  • Jalapeno, sliced 180 g
  • Red onion, sliced 190 g
  • Tuna steak, sliced thin 1 kg
  • Coriander picked, fresh 100 g
  • Soft tacos 20 x
  1. Sauce Base

    • Combine KNORR Gluten Free Pronto Napoli and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce GF.
  2. Taco

    • Lay one soft taco on an oven tray. Spread over sauce and a handful of cheese – add another soft taco and spread more base sauce and sprinkle with cheese, jalapeño, onion and tuna.
    • Bake until golden brown.
    • Garnish with coriander.
