Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Pasta

    • Cook the fettuccine according to packet directions. Set aside.  
  3. Sauce

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook onions and bacon until almost crispy and golden brown.
    • Add assorted mushrooms and cook until tender and browned.
    • Add cream and KNORR Aromat Seasoning, then reduce.  
  4. To Serve

    • Add fettuccine to the pan and toss through sauce to combine.
    • Garnish with fried enoki, prosciutto, and parsley to serve.
