This burger is best served on a charcoal brioche bun. With its subtle earthiness, it matches well with the kale and the smoky chorizo. It also looks great when it hits the table!

Preparation

  1. Chipotle Mayo

    • Mix KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce with HELLMANN’s Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.
  2. Burger Filling

    • Grill or pan fry thinly sliced chorizo until golden brown. Drain and keep warm.
    • Deep fry hashbrowns until golden and crisp. Drain and keep warm.
    • Deep fry baby kale leaves until crisp. Drain and keep warm.
    • Fry eggs.
  3. To Serve

    • Toast split brioche buns. Spread with chipotle mayo. Top with hashbrown, egg, chorizo and kale.
