Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Steak

    • Season and cook New York steaks to preferred doneness.
  3. Oyster Kilpatrick

    • Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the oysters. Remove and set aside.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce to the pan and reduce by two thirds.
    • Add water, KNORR Jus, and KNORR Rich Brown Gravy. Whisk until it boils. Keep warm and ready for use.
  4. Bacon Crumb

    •  Roast bacon in the oven until crispy. Drain well and allow to cool.
    •  Place in the robot coupe and blend until roughly crumbed. Set aside for use.
  5. To Serve

    • Pour the Kilpatrick sauce over the steak and top with oysters and bacon crumb.
