  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Schnitzel

    • Prepare the chicken breast fillets with a meat mallet.
    • Crumb the chicken with corn flour, eggs, and polenta in that order.
    • Fry until golden and cooked through. Drain.
  3. Gravy

    • Combine the jalapeños with water and whisk in KNORR Rich Brown Gravy GF until it comes to a boil. Set aside.
  4. Toppings

    • Combine cream, grated cheese, and KNORR Chicken Booster. Heat gently.
    • Grill the chopped bacon.
    • Fry the sliced onions at 160°C until golden. Drain.
    • To serve, top the schnitzel with jalapeño gravy, cheese fondue, chopped bacon, and tobacco onions.
