Preparation

1‎. ‎Season the sirloin steaks with the Knorr Aromat and oil‎, ‎cook to the desired liking on a pre‎-‎heated ‎
char grill‎, ‎remove‎, ‎keep hot and allow to rest‎.‎
2‎. ‎Wash and peel the sweet potato and steam in the combi oven untill soft‎, ‎remove and mash with the ‎
butter‎, ‎cream‎, ‎salt and pepper‎.‎
3‎. ‎Place the wine into a large pot‎, ‎bring to the boil and reduce by ‎1‎/‎2 ‎, ‎add the water and KNORR Jus‎, ‎
Bring to the boil while continuously whisking‎, ‎reduce heat and simmer for ‎2 ‎minutes‎.‎
4‎. ‎Add the horseradish cream to the HELLMANNS Aioli and keep refrigerated‎.‎
5‎. ‎To serve place the sweet potato mash onto a large plate‎, ‎add the steak and a spoon full of the ‎
horseradish aioli‎, ‎drizzle the shiraz Jus around the plate‎.
