Preparation
1. Pre heat char grill and cook the sausages untill cooked through, remove and keep hot.
2. Peel and chop the onions into ¼, add the oil, salt and pepper. Place into a large roasting dish, place into a preheated oven (180°C) and roast untill golden, remove and keep hot.
3. Place the 1700ml water in a large pot and bring to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in the KNORR Superior mash untill well combined, add the cream, butter and roasted mashed garlic, stir in well untill the butter has melted, place aside for use.
4. Place the 1Ltr of water into a large pot and heat, whisk in the KNORR Rich Brown Gravy and bring to the boil stirring continuously, reduce heat and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
5. On a white plate, place the mashed potato, roasted onions, and char grilled sausages, pour over the rich brown gravy add a garnish of your liking.
