Preparation

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, over medium heat, add onion and diced chicken breast and cook until chicken cooked through.
2. Add the KNORR Mexicasa Mild Chunky Salsa, simmer uncovered for 3-5 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
3. Add the lemon juice to the avocado to prevent browning.
4. Heat burrito tortillas. Place shredded lettuce onto warmed tortillas. Top with chicken mixture, tomato, cheese, avocado and sour cream.
